The Texas A&M equestrian team will compete against Oklahoma State at 11 a.m. Sunday at Totusek Arena to wrap up its fall schedule.

The second-ranked Texas A&M equestrian team topped Auburn via a tiebreaker Friday at the Hildebrand Equine Complex in Southeastern Conference action. The teams each won nine rides, but the Aggies had a 1,520-1,335.50 edge in total points.

The Texas A&M equestrian team will get the 2017-18 season started with the Maroon & White scrimmage on Sept. 15 before opening the regular season in Fresno, California, with matches against Fresno State and South Dakota State on Sept. 22 and 23, respectively.

The No. 4 Texas A&M equestrian team defeated No. 7 South Carolina 12-8 in the consolation bracket of the SEC championship. The Aggies will compete at the NCEA Championships in Waco on April 13-15.

 AUBURN, Ala. — The No. 4 Texas A&M equestrian team fell to No. 1 Auburn 11-9 on Friday in the first round of the SEC Championship at the Auburn University Horse Center. After A&M rallied to tie the meet at 5-5, Auburn jumped to a 9-6 lead following equitation on the flat. Texas A&M will face South Carolina in the consolation bracket on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.

The No. 4 Texas A&M Equestrian team heads to Auburn, Ala., for the SEC Championships at the Auburn University Horse Center. The Aggies (8-4, 3-3 SEC) will face off in the 2-3 matchup against Auburn (8-3, 4-2 SEC) in the first round of competition on Friday beginning at 9 a.m.

Texas A&M equestrian members Madison Bohman and Rachael Hake were named the Southeastern Conference’s riders of the month.
