TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The Texas A&M women’s golf team shot a final-round 13-over 301 to finish ninth at the Florida State Match-Up at 26-over 884 on Saturday at the Don Veller Seminole Golf Course and Club.

Seventh-ranked South Carolina won at 16-under 848 with Michigan State second at 853.

A&M senior Maddie Szeryk shot 71–216 to finish tied for 15th at even par, followed by teammates freshman Amber Park (72–220, t-27th), sophomore Courtney Dow (79–222, t-31st), junior Chloe Velasco (80–233, t-54th) and freshman Elizabetth Caldarelli (79–237, t-62nd).

South Carolina’s Ainhoa Olarra won the individual title at 10 under (71–206).

A&M will compete at Houston’s The Dickson on Feb. 26-27 at The Woodlands Country Club.
