Texas A&M goalkeeper Shantel Hutton earned the SEC Freshman of the Week for soccer, the conference announced Monday.

The award is Hutton’s second freshman of the week this season and comes after setting the A&M freshman records for most consecutive shutouts (five) and most consecutive scoreless minutes in goal (529:55).

Hutton made four saves in the Aggies’ 1-0 victory over Ohio State on Friday and saved Sunday’s match with a full-extension stop in the 82nd minute of A&M’s 0-0 draw with Brown.
