Big weekend for baseball: The Texas A&M baseball team earned a 3-2 win over Houston to close out the Shriners Hospital’s for Children College Classic at Minute Maid Park. The Aggies also beat No. 18 Baylor and No. 17 TCU over the weekend.

Women's basketball team wins: Chennedy Carter scored 24 points before leaving with an injury and the 19th-ranked Aggies rolled to a 66-53 victory over Arkansas in a Southeastern Conference women’s basketball regular-season finale Sunday at Reed Arena.

Softball team picks up wins: The Aggie softball team earned a 7-1 victory over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in the last game of the A&M Invite on Sunday at Davis Diamond. It was the team's second win over the Islanders during the weekend. The team also beat Longwood, and earned two victories over Lamar.

Tennis teams win: The No. 24 women's tennis team grabbed its second win of conference play with a 4-0 win over Alabama on Sunday at the Mitchell Tennis Center. A&M beat Auburn 4-2 on Friday to open the SEC slate. The No. 24 men's tennis team beat No. 20 Alabama Sunday at the Alabama Tennis Stadium. 

Women's golf team wins: The A&M women’s golf team beat Texas State 5-2 in a dual match Saturday at Miramont Country Club.
