Golf takes second: The 14th-ranked A&M men’s golf team opened its season with a runner-up finish at the Gopher Invitational on Monday in Minneapolis.

Cross country begins: The A&M men’s and women’s cross country teams will open their season at the Texas A&M Invitational on Friday morning at the Dale Watts Cross Country Course.
